The Challenge: Complexity in vehicle manufacturing & service
Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) for commercial vehicles have long become an everyday reality in vehicle production and the tire trade due to the ECE-R141 regulation. However, for modern vehicle manufacturers, tire service providers, and tire manufacturers, it is now about much more than just the mere installation of sensors – the focus is on seamless system integration and process automation.
Vehicle production and commercial vehicle tire service are equally driven by time pressure. Factory TPMS integration and subsequent maintenance, especially with complex trailer combinations, pose enormous challenges for OEMs and workshops. Previously, these conditions often led to the time-consuming, manual pairing of sensors during production or after installation. While tire data is theoretically valuable for both the vehicle and service operations, constant manual system maintenance and sensor assignment simply cost too much time in manufacturing and daily workshop routines.

4G Gateway: The central communication unit on the vehicle. It enables continuous, cloud-based tire and fleet management. All data flows into the cloud in real time, allowing dispatchers to plan proactively before a breakdown occurs.
Original Strap Sensor (3rd Generation): The proven sensor strap solution for the rim drop center ensures extremely stable data transmission even on long trailers, thanks to significantly higher signal strength and automatic wheel recognition.
Tire Mounted Sensor: This sensor is installed directly inside the tire and acts as a highly precise, Bluetooth-based tire information system that measures pressure and temperature directly at the source.
Pocket Trigger: For service in the workshop, this handheld device offers an extremely fast sensor test, which massively speeds up yard checks and workshop stays.
